Who We Are
Founder, Janet Gardner Long (left, below)
Janet founded the Clover Market in 2010 and currently oversees vendor selection, marketing, and operations for the Market. She has a background in marketing, design, and project management, and loves to promote creative small business owners and develop community connections through her business. Janet received her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Princeton University. She is a mom of two teenage boys, and lives with her husband in the the Philadelphia suburbs.
Onsite Market Manager, Patricia Norton (right, below)
Pat works with Janet on all of the onsite aspects of running the Market, and makes sure that each event goes off without a hitch. Pat is known as being tough but fair and supremely energetic. She is a problem solver extraordinnaire, and makes the business of vendor load in and out look easy. In her "day job", she is the Director of the St. Christopher's Preschool in Gladwyne. She lives in Haverford and is the proud mother of three grown children and grandmother of many.
Onsite Market Team
We have a wonderful group of team members who assist with the onsite vendor load in and load out process and staff our information table. They include: Kate Kopp, Anne Marie Zellner, Melissa Levy, Patsy and Milton Cole, Jenni Longstreth, Tabby Longstreth, Chrissy Clawson, Tricia Burrough, Sara Sneal, Lindsey Ifill, Devin Turner, Esther Fishman, Beth Cackowski, Hillary Hess, Trish Jacobsen, Maddy DeFelice, and Lynn Potenza. Carrie Bender Hill, from Carrie Hill Photography, is responsible for all of our Market photos. Carrie specializes in natural light event, wedding, event, family and childrens' photography. She always brings out the best in our vendors' lovely goods, and we wait with great anticipation to see the Market through her eyes. Carrie's work can be found in the "Photos" section above.
Barbara Zuckerman Chotiner, from BZ Design Stuff, provides our print design (ads, posters, etc.). Barbara is a talented artist and designer, and her work with us just scratches the surface of her capabilities.
