Vendor FAQ & Application

Hello!  Thank you for your interest in participating with us.  We welcome applications from returning vendors and new applicants, including those who may have applied during a previous season. The fall 2019 application for all dates is now OPEN - read on for details and deadlines.

The Clover Market is a curated event which is strictly focused on antique and handmade goods.  This is our 10th year of operation of the Market, and we truly appreciate your interest in joining us as a vendor.  Our application deadlines are firm, so please plan ahead ~ we'd hate to have you miss out if you were interested in submitting an application.


Fall 2019 Market Dates:

  • Sept 8 - Chestnut Hill location
  • Sept 22 - Bryn Mawr location
  • Oct 6 - Collingswood location
  • Oct 20 - Bryn Mawr location
  • Nov 3 - Kennett Square location

All Markets are held outdoors on Sundays from 10-4 pm, rain or shine (cancellations only for severe or dangerous weather).

There will be a separate application to follow for the Holiday Market.


Antique, Vintage & Handmade Vendor Deadlines: 

  • Deadline to apply - 7/1 (11:59 pm)
  • Notifications emailed - 7/15 
  • Payments due to confirm - 7/22
  • Fee: $180/Market (10' x 10' space)

Note: we do not take applications from multi-level marketing companies, service providers, or those selling imported or commercially made goods.  


Food Truck Deadlines: 

  • Deadline to apply - 6/24 (11:59 pm)
  • Notifications emailed - 7/1
  • Payments due to confirm- 7/8
  • Fee: $250/Market for standard truck or trailer, $200/Market for small mobile carts or tents

Note: if you are a gourmet packaged foods vendor, please submit the first application, not this one.  This application is just for food prepared and consumed onsite during the event by food trucks and tented food vendors.
